Service description
TryEnglish.ai provides software testing, QA observations, bug reporting, release-readiness notes, and related support for websites, applications, e-commerce experiences, and software products. Services are digital and may be provided as one-time checks, weekly testing, monthly support, or other project-based arrangements.
Additional fees
There are no shipping fees for digital QA services. Taxes, payment processor fees, bank fees, currency conversion fees, or similar charges may apply depending on payment method and location. Work outside an agreed scope may require a separate quote, approval, or invoice.
Cancellations, exchanges, and returns
Because TryEnglish.ai provides services and digital reports, cancellation and refund terms depend on the agreed project, invoice, proposal, statement of work, or support arrangement. Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law, fees for completed work, reserved time, delivered reports, or started service periods are non-refundable.
If you believe there is a billing error, duplicate charge, access issue, or delivery issue, contact support@tryenglish.ai. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, may correct the issue, re-deliver materials, adjust an invoice, or provide another remedy consistent with applicable law and the relevant agreement.
Delivery times
Delivery timing depends on scope, product access, testing requirements, browsers and devices, report format, feedback cycles, and schedule availability. For a free mini QA snapshot, timing may vary and is not guaranteed. For paid project work or ongoing support, expected timing should be stated in the relevant proposal, confirmation, or agreement.
Accepted payment methods
Payment methods may vary by arrangement and may include invoice payment, bank transfer, ACH, credit or debit card, or other methods shown on an invoice or payment page. Some payment methods may be handled by third-party payment providers.
Payment period
Payment timing depends on the applicable proposal, invoice, order form, or agreement. Project work may require payment before work begins, payment on delivery, milestone payments, or another written arrangement. Ongoing monthly support may be billed in advance or on another agreed schedule.
Price
TryEnglish.ai does not publish fixed public pricing for all services. Pricing is project-based and depends on the amount and type of work, scope, schedule, complexity, browser and device coverage, access needs, reporting format, retesting needs, and whether support is one-time or ongoing.
